We want you to be fully satisfied with your Oliver Brown purchase; if your items are not quite right, you may return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original, unworn condition with all specialist tailoring tags still attached.

Return Process

  Fill out the returns form included in your original shipment, indicating whether you require a size exchange or a refund to your original payment method.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items and the completed form back into the original shipping box or a secure alternative to ensure the garments remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid returns label to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to your nearest authorized courier point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our London team.
